City of Gustine

2008 $152,320 Application to the Community-Based Transportation Planning Grant Program on behalf of Gustine for monies to develop a plan to improve pedestrian, bicycle, and motorized traffic conditions along SR 140.

City of Livingston

2007 $800,000 Application to the HOME Program for First Homebuyers and Housing Rehabilitation program monies.

2006 $200,000 Application to the California Department of Transportation for Partnership Planning monies with which to conduct a study on the need for a regional bus system throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
