The Continuum of Care is a group of government agencies, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations that work to prevent and reduce homelessness. MCAG holds monthly meetings to discuss homeless issues, establish goals and measure achievements.

The Executive Council meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at the MCAG Offices, 369 West 18th Street, Merced. The meetings are held at 8:30 a.m.
The General Collaborative meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the Merced Civic Center, 678 West 18th Street. The meetings are held at 2:00 p.m.
