To administer and implement Los Banos’ Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) award for a housing rehabilitation and first-time homebuyer loan program.

MCAG prepared the HOME grant application in FY 07/08 on behalf of the City of Los Banos for $800,000 to implement a housing rehabilitation and first time homebuyers loan program. The grant was awarded in January 2008.
