Los Banos CDBG Program Income Management - 1962

To administer and implement Los Banos’ Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Income Re-use Plan and to fulfill reporting requirements to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).

The City has received various CDBG grants for housing rehabilitation and economic development loan activities. Repayment of some of those loans has generated program income. The City is required to report receipt of Program Income to the CDBG Program on an annual basis, and substantially expend Program Income as it is received. MCAG would assist with all of these activities.
