Dos Palos CDBG Loan Portfolio Management - 1967

To administer and implement Dos Palos’ Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Income Re-use Plan, assist with loan portfolio management, and to fulfill reporting requirements to the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).

The City has received various CDBG grants for housing rehabilitation loan activities and repayment of some of those loans has generated program income. The City is required to report receipt of Program Income to the CDBG Program, conducting verification of residency on an annual basis, and substantially expend Program Income as it is received. MCAG would assist with all of these activities.
