GIS Mapping - 1970

To provide GIS related services to MCAG member jurisdictions on an as needed basis.

MCAG GIS staff receives many requests throughout the year for maps and data that are not part of our regular work program. This element allows for the accommodation of these requests and is paid for by the requesting jurisdiction.

All work completed in this element is billed to cover the staff time to complete and the material costs to produce.

Previous/Ongoing Work:

Typical tasks performed under this element include creating custom maps, reprinting copies of existing maps and extracting specific GIS data upon request. Some examples of previous projects that will be coded to this element include but are not limited to the following:

• City of Atwater, Public Works – Infrastructure maintenance requested
• City of Atwater, Fire Department – Wall map and Run Book maintenance
• City of Los Banos, Fire Department – Wall map and Run Book maintenance
• City of Merced, Fire Department – Wall map and Run Book maintenance
