To educate local public and private sector personnel regarding state and federal legislative issues, projects, and programs that may effect the city and county residents of Merced County.

State and Federal projects, programs, and legislation have major impacts on our residents, business, and industry every day. This element seeks to educate local public and private sector citizens, community (including traditionally underrepresented i.e. Black, Hispanic, Asian American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, and Pacific Islander), business, and political leaders on the state and federal issues, projects, and/or programs that may affect them.
