Public Participation Plan
MCAG's Public Participation Plan (PPP) is a guide to meeting the MPO requirements for early coordination, public involvement and project development. The PPP is intended to provide direction for public participation activities conducted by MCAG and contains the requirements, procedures, strategies and techniques used by MCAG to communicate with the public and appropriate affected agencies. The plan defines a process that outlines roles, responsibilities and key decision points for consulting with affected public agencies and other interested parties, and providing reasonable opportunities to be involved in the metropolitan transportation planning process.
