MCAG Measure V
Measure V is Merced County’s 30-year 1/2 cent transportation sales tax that was passed by voters in November 2016. The measure is estimated to generate $15 million in new revenue annually and $450 million over the life of the measure. View our FAQ page to learn more.
Measure V 2023 Implementation Plan Call for Projects
MCAG is required by the Expenditure Plan to develop and adopt an Implementation Plan update at least once every two years.
The Implementation Plan programs Measure V funding to regional projects in Merced County. It is the primary financial document that provides an analysis of Measure revenue and programs project expenditures over a specific period of time as authorized by the MCAG Governing Board.
Call for Regional Projects for the 2023 Plan
Merced County Association of Governments invites local jurisdictions to apply for funding available for regional projects through fiscal year 2027/28.
Project nominations are due on August 1st 2023. Applications should be submitted to MeasureV@mcagov.org
