| Citizens Advisory Committee | The 17-member Citizens Advisory Committee is a group of private sector individuals who are appointed by the Governing Board to serve based on the geographic location of their home or business and their work experience. |
| Governing Board | The 11-member MCAG Governing Board includes a supervisor from each of the five county districts and an elected official from each of the six incorporated cities in Merced County: Atwater, Dos Palos, Gustine, Livingston, Los Banos and Merced. |
| Measure V - Citizens Oversight Committee | The purpose of the Committee is to assess the program's consistency with the voter-approved Transportation Expenditure Plan by reviewing financial and performance audits, reports from member agencies, annual receipts and other documents as needed. |
| Measure V - Eastside Regional Projects Committee | The Eastside Regional Projects Committee will consist of one council person from each City that includes area east of the San Joaquin River and each County Supervisor whose district includes area east of the River. |

| RHNA Steering Committee | The purpose of the RHNA Committee is to advise MCAG staff on developing a RHNA methodology for the 2023 to 2031 RHNA cycle. The committee is made up of local government representatives and regional stakeholders. |
| Social Services Transportation Advisory Council | The purpose of the SSTAC is to solicit the input of transit-dependent and transit disadvantaged persons, including the elderly, handicapped, low income persons, and youths regarding transit needs in Merced County. |
| Technical Review Board | The 7-member Technical Review board (TRB) is composed of the City Managers from each of the cities and the Executive Officer of Merced County. The TRB sends their recommendations on issues directly to the MCAG Governing Board. |
| YARTS - AUTHORITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE | The Authority Advisory Committee is a group of representatives from stakeholder communities that provides advice and assistance to YARTS’ management. |
| YARTS - JOINT POWERS AUTHORITY | The YARTS Joint Powers Authority makes operational and procedural decisions, with important information provided by the Authority Advisory Committee (AAC) and Partnering Agencies, as well as members of the public. |
